Asphalt Works Started in Turkmenistan Road Project

Eser has started laying asphalt in the road construction project in Turkmenistan. The project involves the building of a 6 lane, 200 km highway, passing through the Turkmen cities of Serdar, Bereket, Kumdag and Balkanabad.
