» July - 2009 • The asphalt sales agreement for the sale of 350000 tons of asphalt per year is signed between ESPRO and the OSUN State of Nigeria. ESPRO, an ESER subsidiary, has invested on a large scale asphalt plant on a PPP (Public Private Partnership) model together with the Osun State Government.
Approximately USD 50 million worth of asphalt including the transportation will be produced each year
